Grizzly cub climbs into a tree

Did you know that bears can climb trees? Ans they are quite fast too. This grizzly cub is getting some help from its sibling.

This was a wonderful day. We spent a long time observing these two playful Grizzly cubs while their mother was digging in the grass, searching for food. The cubs sometimes wanted to go to the food, but their mother wouldn’t allow it. The little ones were playing but stayed very close to their mother.

We have visited Yellowstone National park many times before, but for the first time, saw cubs nursing. We enjoyed this day!
